1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Rank Velocity (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via rankvelocityhq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease use of our services immediately.

2. Services and “AI-Enhanced” Deliverables

Rank Velocity provides digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web design, and AI-driven content creation.

AI Disclosure: We utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools (e.g., for video generation, coding, and copywriting).
Accuracy: While we strive for excellence, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Clients are responsible for final approval of all public-facing content.

3. Client Obligations and Data Access

To provide effective Local SEO and PPC services, clients must provide:

Access to Google Business Profiles (GBP), Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Accuracy in business information (address, phone, service areas).
Timely feedback on web design iterations.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Tools: All proprietary methodologies, prompts, and custom code snippets developed by Rank Velocity remain our property.
Your Content: Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and copy. However, Rank Velocity retains the right to display work in our portfolio (e.g., rankvelocityhq.com) unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is specifically signed.

5. Remote-First Service Model

Rank Velocity is a remote-first operation. Consultations are conducted via phone calls, teleconferencing, or email. We do not provide in-person support at a physical office location.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Retainers: Monthly SEO and maintenance retainers are billed in advance.
Cancellations: We require a 30-day written notice for the termination of ongoing SEO or PPC management services.
Refunds: Due to the labor-intensive nature of digital marketing and web design, payments for completed work segments are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rank Velocity is not responsible for:

Fluctuations in search engine rankings (SEO is an ongoing process with no guaranteed #1 spot).
Suspensions of Google Business Profiles due to client-side data changes.
Technical outages on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, or Google Ads).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
